Government and State Work
M.L. WARWICK, INC. is BONDED, INSURED and LICENSED to contract with both Government, State and County bids. We perform all aspects of exterior and interior work inside and out of these buildings from remodels, new construction, sprinkler work, and demo.
MLW contracts with clients on both bid and a negotiated basis. Because we are organized and detailed oriented, we provide fair full bids. Generally in bid secenarios the lowest bid sets the pace, even when a percentage of the job cost is omitted. When you choose a contractor in this manner, many issues result such as, performance short cuts, too many change orders, inferior materials, and other shortcomings.
In bidding, we strive to provide the best price for the job and methodically step through the process in arriving to the best price. We know that getting on a bid list is easy, but staying can be a challenge. We value each job as we are bidding and we view it as a opportunity to perform others for you and your associates. |
